RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; CHARGES APPLY.
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
- Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product was found defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow the steps below to begin the return process:

- Make sure the email contains the following:
Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of damage
Customer’s first and last name
Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you request it.
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible before receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (STORE NAME) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Tracking for Goods in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you may notify us in advance of your cancellation.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (YOUR STORE EMAIL) and send your item to: Address, Company Name, City, Postal Code, Country.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
